2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all sales of products made on www.mlrs.co, whether concluded with consumers or professionals, unless expressly stated otherwise.

MLRS reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in effect on the date the customer confirms the order.


3. Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on the Site at the time of the customer’s consultation, subject to stock availability.

Each product is presented with a description allowing the customer to understand its essential characteristics in accordance with Article L111-1 of the French Consumer Code.

Photographs, visuals, and illustrations are for informational purposes only and do not engage the liability of MLRS.


4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping costs, which are specified before final order confirmation.

MLRS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.


5. Orders

The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their cart. Before final confirmation, they may review the details of their order, total price, and correct any errors.

Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs and serves as proof of the sales contract.

MLRS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer, non-payment of a previous order in full or in part, or for any other legitimate reason.


6. Payment

Payment is due immediately at the time of order.

Accepted payment methods are those offered on the Site at the time of the order (credit/debit card, secure payment solutions, etc.).

Transactions are secured through a payment system compliant with current security standards.


7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order.

Delivery times are indicative only. MLRS cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or due to force majeure.

In case of damaged or missing packages, the customer must note any issues with the carrier and notify MLRS as soon as possible.


8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the customer who is a consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email to contact@mlrs.co.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for cosmetic products unsealed for hygiene or health protection reasons.


9. Refunds

If the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, MLRS will refund the amounts paid, excluding shipping costs, within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned products or proof of shipment.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the time of order.


10. Legal Guarantees

Products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and the guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

11. Liability

MLRS cannot be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from the purchase or use of the products.

MLRS cannot be held responsible for non-performance or improper performance of the contract in the event of force majeure.


12. Personal Data

Personal data collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with applicable regulations and the privacy policy available on the Site.


13. Intellectual Property

All elements of www.mlrs.co are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of MLRS. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.


14. Applicable Law – Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to first contact MLRS to seek an amicable solution.

Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts in accordance with general rules of law.
